VMware in the background
Having VMware 6.5.3 installed and always wanting to run things in the background to keep my taskbar free/empy I recently found a nice little feature. You can run VMware in the background by clicking the close button at the top right of the application. You will then be given the option to "Run in the background".
It's as simple as that.
